  • Service availability may vary by location and current contractor availability.
  • Prices quoted are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual project scope and site conditions.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are free and non-binding unless you sign a service agreement. Final pricing is determined after a professional assessment of your project. We will not begin any work without your written approval of the final quote.

4. Service Agreements

Before any work commences, you will receive and must sign a detailed service agreement outlining:

  • Scope of work and materials to be used
  • Total project price and payment schedule
  • Projected start and completion dates
  • Warranty terms applicable to the service
  • Cancellation and modification terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins (typically 10–30% of the total project cost).
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and your acceptance of the work.

6. Warranties

GetHomeSolutions provides warranties on our workmanship as specified in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by service type. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer where applicable. Warranties are void if:

  • Work is modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Damage results from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature beyond our control
  • Payment obligations have not been fulfilled

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service agreement without penalty within 3 business days of signing. Cancellations after this period may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement to cover materials ordered and work already performed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetHomeSolutions's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly first. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. This does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court.
